You love home made bread? Yeah, me too. But it takes time. An hour for the dough to rise. Time to kneading it. And again time to raise before baking. Not with this recipe. You will have your bread ready for not more than 30 minutes, and yes I am serious. Hot bread, crispy crust and soft inside. This bread will be your favorite, not just because it is so easy to make, but because you wont find any differences between this and the French bakery bread. 3-2-1…go
Ingredients (for one loaf):
– 200 warm water
– 1 tbsp white vinegar
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tsp dry rosemary
– 400-500 g white flour
Preparation:
In a big bowl mix the following: water, vinegar, oil, rosemary, salt and baking powder. Add the flour right after this. Knead for a minute until you have nice firm dough. Preheat the oven (gas 8) and bake the bread. Will be ready for not more than 20 minutes.
