To make breaded fish is so easy and tasty at the same time. I made this for dinner last night and it even my brother ate it, and he is not a fish fan! I choose a side from simple olives and leeks with a simple dressing but in a perfect combination with the fish fillets.
Ingredients:
– 400 g hamour fillet
– 1 egg
– 100 g mix of white and rice flour
– 200 g black olives
– 1/3 stalk of leek
– salt
– olive oil and white vinegar for the dressing
Preparation:
Whisk the egg in a small bowl. Place the flour mix on a flat plate. Cut the fish filet into a 4-5 slices. Preheat an oil for frying. Dip the fish fillets first in the egg and then in the flour, then again in the egg and fry. Fry for about two minutes on each side. Cut the leek add the olives and season it with salt, olive oil and vinegar. Serve it with white bread 🙂
