I had a sweet tooth the other day. And my craving turn into this delicious panna cotta, slightly flavored with espresso. This dessert  is very quick to make, but it take time to chill. No more talking, find the recipe below.

Ingredients (for 4 servings or 6 if you use small bowls):

– 1 cup full cream milk

– 2 tbsp powdered gelatine

– 2 cups heavy cream

– 2 tbsp instant espresso coffee powder

– 1/2 white sugar

– just a pinch of salt

– berries or chocolate for serving

Preparation:

Mix the milk and heave cream into a bowl and add the gelatine powder. Let it soak for five minutes. Stir over medium heat for few minutes, but before reach the boiling point. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently for another 4 minutes. let it cool for 10-15 minutes and then pour the cream mixture into the serving bowls. Chill until firm. This would take at least 6 hours i n the fridge. Serve garnished with fresh berries  or sprinkle chocolate.
