Using the fresh greens available on the market I made this green and easy pesto. You can really unleash your fantasy when it comes to pesto recipe. This one is slightly garlicky and perfect for an afternoon munch on a nice sourdough bread. Or at least this is how we enjoyed it.
- one cup wild garlic leaves
- big handful fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup walnuts
- Chop coarse the herbs
- Shred the cheese
- Mix everything together and blend until smooth.
- Add more olive oil if you like more runny consistency
