Pumpkin spice latte


Pumpkin spice latte is so famous, yet so easy to make at home. Unless you go crazy with cream toppings, this recipe is super healthy and perfect for cooler weather.

INGREDIENTS: (makes 2)

  • 2 espressos
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch black pepper


  1. Gently simmer the milk, pumpkin and spices for few minutes.
  2. Add the maple syrup and adjust the sweetness as per your taste
  3. Make two espressos and add the pumpkin mix into each mug.
  4. Sprinkle extra cinnamon to serve
