IMG_6903

If you like me prefer to have home cooked meal everyday (almost) this is a recipe that you can try tonight. Kebabs might sound complicated but not this version of it. Forget the BBQ and all the hustle around it. This recipe will not take more than 30 min with the preparation! All you need is fresh minced lamb (or beef if you prefer), few spices and hot oven. While your kebabs are roasting you can make this light and fresh yogurt dip with cucumber.

Ingredients:

– 1 kg minced lamb

– 1 tbs cumin

– salt and pepper

For the dip:

– 400 g yogurt

– 1 cucumber

– olive oil

– dry dill

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the mince with the spices and form your kebabs on the skewers. Spray a little oil on a baking tray and roast for 20 mins. Meanwhile chop your cucumber add it to the yogurt, season and chill in the fridge. Serve the kebabs with the dip and fresh bread.
